Monthly plan
FootyIQ VIP is planned as a monthly subscription. Members can cancel renewal access through the payment provider or account area once payments are enabled.

Refund requests
Refund requests should be sent to hello@footyiqs.com within 14 days of the first subscription payment. Approved refunds may be processed through Paddle or the active payment provider.
Renewals
Renewal charges are generally not refundable after a new billing period begins, unless required by applicable law or approved by FootyIQ support.
Service issues
If technical access problems prevent normal use of the product, contact support with account details and a description of the issue so it can be reviewed.
